As a woman, the idea of forgetting my child is unfathomable. Can a mother truly forget the baby at her breast? The bond between a mother and child is sacred, woven with threads of compassion and love. Even if earthly ties falter, there is a promise that transcends human frailty. ‘Though she may forget, I will not forget you!’ These words resonate deeply, offering solace and assurance of a higher love that never wavers. Oh, the depth of divine compassion that envelops us, unwavering and eternal.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude for the unwavering compassion you show us, just like a mother never forgetting her child. Teach me, Lord, to embody this same compassion in all aspects of my life. Help me to see others through your eyes, to show kindness and empathy without boundaries. May I be a beacon of love and understanding, reaching out to those in need with a gentle and caring spirit. Strengthen me, O God, to be a source of comfort and support to those who are hurting or in despair. Fill me with your divine grace so that I may extend compassion to all, just as you have shown compassion to me. Amen.
