I know I have… But in those moments, I find solace in the words, ‘God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.’ How comforting to know that in times of need, we have a safe haven in the loving arms of God. Reflect on the concept of strength… What does it mean to you? How does it manifest in your life? Let us find courage in the knowledge that we are never alone, for God stands by our side through every storm.

My Prayer

Dear God, I come before you seeking strength. Just as you are our refuge and strength, I ask for the courage to face challenges with unwavering faith. Grant me the resilience to overcome obstacles and the endurance to persevere in difficult times. May your ever-present help be a guiding light, empowering me to stand firm in my convictions and to walk with confidence. Strengthen my spirit, Lord, so that I may be a beacon of hope and inspiration to those around me. Fill me with the inner fortitude to tackle each day with grace and determination. In moments of weakness, remind me of your unending support and love. Thank you for being my source of strength and for equipping me with the power to overcome. Amen.
