Thoughts on Today’s Verse
Oh, have you ever felt the weight of fear and discouragement creeping in, whispering doubts and insecurities? But here, in these words, I find a gentle yet commanding reminder – to be strong and courageous. It’s as if the Lord Himself is speaking directly to me, assuring me of His presence in every step of my journey. ‘Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged,’ He says. Can you imagine the strength and courage that fills our hearts when we truly believe that the Lord is with us wherever we go? Let’s hold onto this promise tightly…
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come before you seeking courage in the face of challenges. Just as you commanded Joshua to be strong and courageous, I pray for the same strength to fill the heart of every woman facing fear and uncertainty. Help us to trust in your promises, to not be afraid or discouraged, knowing that you are always with us. May your presence be a constant reminder that we are never alone, and that with you, we can overcome any obstacle. Grant us the courage to step out in faith, to walk boldly in the direction you lead us, knowing that your guidance will never fail us. Strengthen our resolve, Lord, and fill us with the courage to face each day with confidence, knowing that you are our source of strength. Amen.
