Thoughts on Today’s Verse

As I read the words, ‘Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous,’ I can’t help but feel a tug at my own heart. Have I always embraced courage in my life? You see, fear can be so paralyzing… Oh, how often do I let doubt and discouragement creep in? But God promises to be with me, to walk beside me wherever I go. What if I choose to believe that? What if we all dared to step beyond our fears? Let’s embrace courage together, knowing we are supported by a higher power.

My Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart seeking courage. In Your Word, You remind us to be strong and courageous, to not fear or feel discouraged because You are always with us. Lord, I ask that You fill me with this divine courage that only comes from You. Help me to stand firm in my faith, to face challenges with confidence, and to not let fear dictate my actions. May I draw strength from the knowledge that I am never alone; Your presence walks beside me through every trial and tribulation. Teach me to trust in Your plans, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. Help me to be a beacon of courage for others, inspiring them to find the bravery that lies within themselves through You. I thank You for Your unwavering support and love. May I always remember that with You by my side, I am capable of facing anything that comes my way. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
