Today’s Verse for Woman – Galatians 3:26-28, Sunday, February 1st, 2026
Topic of The Day: Identity
for Sunday, February 1st, 2026

For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:26-28
Thoughts on Today’s Verse
As I read this powerful verse, I can’t help but feel a wave of belonging wash over me. For I am a child of God, just as you are. Isn’t it incredible to think that our identity transcends all earthly labels? Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female… we are all one in Christ Jesus! But what does this mean for me, for you? It challenges me to embrace my true identity—rooted in faith, not in society’s divisions. Oh, how freeing it is to acknowledge that our worth is found in Christ alone!
My Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before You today, grateful for the beautiful truth that I am Your child through faith in Christ Jesus. Help me to fully embrace my identity in You. In a world that often tries to define me by my gender, my background, or my status, remind me that I am first and foremost a member of Your family.
As I reflect on the verse, I ask for Your guidance in understanding that my worth is not determined by societal labels or expectations. Strengthen my faith as I put on Christ, knowing that in Him, I am complete and whole. Help me to live out this truth boldly, showing love and acceptance to others, no matter their background.
May I walk in unity with my brothers and sisters in Christ, celebrating our diversity while recognizing our oneness in You. Let my identity in You shine brightly in all I do, as a testament to Your love and grace.
In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
